The classic trip is the Köprülü Canyon rafting run: Class II–III rapids on the cool Köprüçay, ideal for families, couples and first-timers. Non-swimmers are welcome — you wear a helmet and buoyancy vest the whole way, with a licensed guide in every raft, a full safety briefing and insurance included. Lunch by the river is part of most departures.
