A family rafting combo Antalya day is the smartest way to pack two adventures into one trip without dragging everyone across the region twice. The trick is choosing the right second activity for the ages in your group.
Why a combo works so well for families
Every combo we run is a full day with a single free hotel pickup, so you swap one activity for two while your transfer, guides and safety kit stay the same. That means less time on the road and more time doing the fun stuff. Combos are also better value than booking each activity on its own, because you share one transfer and one day out rather than paying for two separate trips. For exact figures, always check the live price on the booking page.
Our home base is the Koprucay river in Koprulu Canyon National Park, near Beskonak, around one hour and roughly 50 km inland from the Side and Manavgat coast. The classic rafting run is about 14 km of grade II-III water, family-friendly and led by a qualified guide in every raft. Helmet and life jacket are always provided.
Which pairing suits which kids?
Rafting plus Jeep Safari - the gentle all-ages choice
If you have younger children or a genuinely mixed-age group, Rafting plus Jeep Safari is our top family pick. Nobody has to drive, everyone rides together in the same vehicle, and the off-road part is about scenery, splashes and mountain villages rather than adrenaline. It is the easiest combo to keep a group of grandparents, parents and kids happy on.
Rafting plus Zipline - a big thrill with low effort
Zipline delivers a huge wow moment for kids and nervous grown-ups alike, yet it takes very little physical effort - you are clipped in and simply glide across the canyon. Paired with rafting it is a brilliant, low-fuss combo for families whose children are tall and old enough for the harness.
Rafting plus Quad or Buggy - best for teens and confident older kids
Quad and buggy safaris are the wilder, dustier options. Younger children can usually ride as a passenger with a parent, while teens tend to love these. Quads and buggies are charged per vehicle rather than per person, so a parent and child sharing one machine can work out well. Always confirm the minimum age and whether your child can drive or must ride along.
3-in-1 and 4-in-1 - for adventurous, older families
Our 3-in-1 (rafting plus zipline plus quad or buggy) and 4-in-1 (rafting plus Tazi Canyon plus zipline plus buggy safari) are the ultimate value-packed days. They are best suited to families with energetic older children and teens who want to try everything in one go. For a younger crowd, a two-activity combo is usually the happier choice.
How to keep a mixed-age group happy all day
- Split the day sensibly: most combos do rafting in the morning then the off-road or zipline part afterwards, or the other way round, so there is a natural rest and lunch break in between.
- Dress for cold water: the Koprucay is fed by snowmelt and stays cold even in high summer, so bring a change of clothes and something warm for smaller children.
- Book the season right: the rafting season runs roughly April to October.
- Let non-rafters opt in gently: the grade II-III run is family-friendly, but if a grandparent or nervous child prefers to sit a section out, ask the operator in advance.
Age and health - be honest
Minimum ages vary by activity, and quad or buggy driving in particular has stricter limits than riding as a passenger. If anyone in the group is pregnant, has a heart or back condition, or is a very young child, be upfront and confirm suitability with us before you book. We would always rather help you pick the right combo than have anyone miss out on the day.
